An immersive wedding show experience for modern couples.
You know the feeling. You spend thousands on a booth at a traditional bridal expo. You stand behind a skirted table for eight hours, handing out brochures to people who only want your free candy. You leave with a list of 500 "leads" that never open your emails, feeling like you just paid to be ignored.
At 5280 Event Society, we do things differently.
We produce living, breathing events where guests see your talent in action. We’ve removed the barrier of the "sales table" so you can build real connections with people who actually value your craft.
What is an Unbridal Show?
Our Unbridal Shows reimagine the traditional wedding showcase as an actual wedding environment. Instead of rows of vendor booths, we bring together a curated group of wedding professionals who demonstrate their services as they would at a real wedding.
That might mean a florist designing the reception flowers, a beauty professional offering mini trials, a photographer creating a portrait experience, or a caterer passing appetizers.
The goal is simple: give couples a reason to remember you beyond a business card.

We're partnering with Rembrandt Yard to bring a new kind of wedding showcase to Boulder. Inspired by the theme "Whimsical Wonderland", the venue will be transformed into a wedding reception atmosphere where couples can experience the work of a thoughtfully selected group of wedding professionals.
We're looking for creative, collaborative vendors who want to do more than talk about what they offer. We want couples to experience it.

Spotlight - $499
Get on the map. Your logo lives on our website and ticket site, you're acknowledged on-site, you're tagged in all post-event photo and video content, and you're included in our new lead-nurture email series alongside other featured vendors. A great entry point if you're new to vendor showcases or testing the waters with us.
Spotlight+ - $699
Get seen. Everything in Spotlight, plus a full social media takeover day on 5280's channels: one Reel built and posted using your photo or video, plus two Stories on Instagram and Facebook. You also get the option to add branded merch to our VIP guest goody bags, putting your name in attendees' hands before they've even left the building. Vendors using freelance content creators for a single piece like this typically pay $500 or more out of pocket.
Spotlight Pro - $899
Get the spotlight. Everything in Spotlight+, plus a full feature article written by the 5280 team about your business, published on our blog and sent directly to our email list, the same list that now feeds our ongoing lead-nurture series. Instead of being one name among several in a future email, you're the entire story for that send. This is the closest thing to hiring a dedicated PR or content writer for a day, work that typically runs several hundred dollars or more on its own.
