We produce living, breathing events where guests see your talent in action. We’ve removed the barrier of the "sales table" so you can build real connections with people who actually value your craft.

Our shows put your business in front of two high-value audiences. Depending on the venue and date, we host either a standalone experience or a "double-feature" day.

The Unbridal Show

Our flagship wedding experience. It’s a fully-styled, non-traditional wedding environment. Instead of sales pitches and banners, you show up and exhibit your services exactly as you would on a real wedding day.

The Teenage Dream Show

We’re the only producers in Colorado creating an immersive space for the $5B milestone market. From Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s to Mitzvahs, this show puts you in front of families looking for high-level production for their teen’s celebration. Guests experience a decked-out venue that feels like a party, featuring over-the-top decor, roaming entertainment, and interactive food stations.

When a venue allows, we host both shows on the same day.

This gives you the chance to hit two different demographics back-to-back without the logistics of a second setup day.

  • The Pivot: We encourage vendors to adapt their services for the teen market. A mobile bar might switch from signature cocktails to gourmet "dirty sodas." A beauty pro might trade their updo pins for tinsel extensions. And a DJ will swap their Taylor Swift hits for...who are we kidding, more Taylor Swift hits.

  • The Logistics: We schedule a two-hour break between shows. This allows vendors participating in both to reset, grab a bite to eat, and pivot for a new audience.

  • BOGO: If you choose to participate in both shows on a double-feature day, you'll only pay for one show. (Applicable to Bronze Vendor Package only.)

More Than a Show. A Marketing Investment in Your Business.

Here's the thing about most attendees at our shows: they're early in their planning. They're dreaming, not booking yet. Which is exactly why we've never handed out attendee email lists, and why we don't think in terms of "leads." 1,400 people walking through a building doesn't mean 1,400 leads. It means 1,400 people who needed a reason to remember your name later, and that's what we're building for them.


Starting with our upcoming shows, we're rolling out a new lead nurture email series for anyone who has opted into 5280 emails. These will include planning tips, curated resources, and features on specific vendors from our shows, keeping your name in front of real prospects for months after they've seen your work, right up until they're ready to book.

 

We're also starting to publish post-show blog features that link directly to participating vendors, then pushing those out across our social channels for a second wave of visibility.


This is on top of what we already do at every show: two photographers and a dedicated content creator capturing your work in action, plus a full suite of marketing tools and templates so you can promote your own participation.


If you priced this out on your own, a single email nurture campaign like this typically costs $500 to $2,000 a month to hire out to a freelancer, and event photo and video coverage alone often runs $500 to $2,500 per shoot. Add it up, and the street value of what's included in your participation easily clears $1,500 to $4,000 or more, all built into your package fee.


No other vendor showcase, bridal show, or open house in the region offers this level of marketing support before, during, and after the event. We get it, not everyone has the time or expertise to run a campaign like this themselves. So don't think of us as just a show. Think of 5280 as your marketing partner.

Applications are open for the following shows:

  • Sunday, August 16th | The Catbird Hotel | Unbridal Show + Teenage Dream Show

You may choose to apply to all the shows if you wish. The estimated application completion time is 10 mins

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Once accepted into the show, you will receive an invoice (via email) to be paid within 72 hrs.

A note on the investment: Most vendor showcases and bridal expos in the Denver area charge $1,000 to $1,500 or more just to get a booth. At 5280, our top package is $899, and that includes professional photo and video coverage, a dedicated content creator, permanent SEO-linked listings, a digital lookbook, social media promotion, and a feature article sent straight to our email list. We built our pricing around what small business owners can actually invest, not around what the market will bear.

 
Vendor Participation Investment Levels:

Spotlight - $499

Get on the map. Your logo lives on our website and ticket site, you're acknowledged on-site, you're tagged in all post-event photo and video content, and you're included in our new lead-nurture email series alongside other featured vendors. A great entry point if you're new to vendor showcases or testing the waters with us.

Spotlight+  - $699

Get seen. Everything in Spotlight, plus a full social media takeover day on 5280's channels: one Reel built and posted using your photo or video, plus two Stories on Instagram and Facebook. You also get the option to add branded merch to our VIP guest goody bags, putting your name in attendees' hands before they've even left the building. Vendors using freelance content creators for a single piece like this typically pay $500 or more out of pocket.

Spotlight Pro - $899

Get the spotlight. Everything in Spotlight+, plus a full feature article written by the 5280 team about your business, published on our blog and sent directly to our email list, the same list that now feeds our ongoing lead-nurture series. Instead of being one name among several in a future email, you're the entire story for that send. This is the closest thing to hiring a dedicated PR or content writer for a day, work that typically runs several hundred dollars or more on its own.
